The Panel Table, designed by Simon Legald for Normann Copenhagen, reinterprets the traditional dining table with its distinctive form. Originally conceived to challenge conventional design, this piece embodies a commitment to lasting quality and an aesthetic that endures through generations.

Crafted from FSC-certified pine, the expansive tabletop, measuring 100 x 420 cm, is stained a deep dark brown and finished with a matte lacquer, allowing the wood's natural grain to emerge. Two powder-coated steel legs form a robust base, connected by a steel construction, with a unique angle on both the tabletop and legs lending the table a sense of lightness despite its substantial build. Adjustable feet ensure unwavering stability.

This generously proportioned dining table is designed to anchor a large dining room or an open-plan kitchen, fostering a sense of community. Available with a frame in either cream white or black powder-coated steel, it harmonises beautifully with Nordic interiors and chairs crafted from natural materials, creating an atmosphere of warmth and hospitality for both everyday meals and grand gatherings.
